Sophie Turner is dropping child abduction allegations against Joe Jonas, it is claimed.
In a September filing, Sophie, 27, allegedly said Joe, 34, ‘wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained’ their young daughters – Willa, three, and Delphine, one – and asked for their ‘immediate return’. There were also accusations of Joe withholding passports.
Joe’s rep told Page Six it was a ‘harsh legal position’ that doesn’t align with their ‘amicable co-parenting setup’.
Sophie has now asked for the judge to dismiss this action, according to TMZ.
Joe was said to have filed for divorce in the same month as the filing, and then there was the mysterious ring doorbell moment.
Before reports of disagreements, the couple, who first met in 2016 and got married in Las Vegas in May 2019, released a joint statement to share an intent to keep their separation amicable.

‘After four wonderful years of marriage, we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage,’ they wrote.
‘There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children.’
In October, they reportedly were able to be ‘united’ and reached a custody agreement. According to the Mail Online, each got two weeks at a time with their daughters until January.
This ruling allegedly permitted travel to anywhere in the US and the UK, meaning Sophie could bring her girls back to England, which she claims will be their ‘forever home’.

Since their split, Sophie has been spotted kissing British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson in Paris and London recently. Although the Game of Thrones actress declared that 2024 is a ‘year of the girlies’.
In an Instagram post reflecting on last year, Sophie, who is starring in ITV’s Joan, wrote: ‘2023 was the year of the girlies. 2024s forecast is looking fairly consistent.’
The selection of photos that accompanied the caption included one with Joe’s former partner Taylor Swift, who was seen as a big support to Sophie during their divorce.
Jonas Brothers singer Joe has been spotted with former beauty queen Stormi, 33, in Aspen.
The Waffle House hitmaker and American beauty pageant titleholder were photographed on a skiing trip in New Year’s hotspot Aspen, tackling the mountains together.
According to the court filings connected to their interim custody deal, Joe and Sophie now expect the proceedings to move forward ‘amicably.’ The ex-couple are thought to have an ‘ironclad’ prenup, protecting their assets as they are both wealthy with a joint estimated net worth of $62 million (£50 million).
