Adam Harrison, the son of Pawn Stars icon Rick Harrison, has died aged 39.
Paying tribute on Instagram, Rick shared a picture of the pair and wrote: ‘You will always be in my heart! I love you Adam.’
His representative confirmed to publications that he died from an overdose, and his body was discovered on Friday.
A statement shared by his rep to Las Vegas Review-Journal reads: ‘Our family is extremely saddened by the death of Adam.
‘We ask for privacy as we grieve his loss.’
Fans flooded to Rick’s post to pay their condolences, with @davevegas123 writing: ‘I am so sorry for your loss Rick. Too many of our children are taken by the disease of addiction.’
Donald Trump Jr, son of former US President, also wrote: ‘I’m so sorry man.’
Actor Christopher Clawson added: ‘Condolences Rick. The fentanyl situation is out of control in this country and nobody seems to be doing anything meaningful about it. Use your platform to help change that. I hope Adam and the Old Man are coming with new ways to mess with Corey.’
Harrison did not feature on the History series, which first aired in 2009, with his father Rick, though it does star his older brother Corey Harrison, 40.
Rick shared Corey and Harrison with his first wife, and has a son with his second wife as well as three daughters.
Pawn Stars has run across 21 seasons and follows the family business, originally run by Rick’s dad, known as The Old Man, Rick, Corey, and Corey’s friend Austin ‘Chumlee’ Russell.
