Simone Biles confirmed she and Jonathan Owens tied the knot on Saturday.
The USA gymnastics star and her NFL player husband both shared the news on social media and it didn’t take long for 26-year-old Simone’s famous supporters to share their congratulations.
Alongside a series of loved-up snaps of herself and Jonathan, 27, Simone wrote on Instagram this weekend: ‘I do. Officially Owens.’
Beneath the seven-time Olympic medalist’s post, her new husband raved: ‘Wifey got a great ring to it. First day of forever.’
Meanwhile, the likes of John Legend, G-Eazy and Normani were quick to shower Simone with love.
Days before Simone posted photos of herself wearing a stunning wedding dress, she’d uploaded a snap of herself and Jonathan holding what looked like a Texas marriage license.

She captioned that post: ‘Almost time to say “I do”.’
The loved-up couple confirmed their engagement back in February 2022 after nearly two years of dating.
Simone announced their happy news on Instagram, with a string of photos showing the Houston Texans player down on one knee in a gazebo.
‘THE EASIEST YES,’ she wrote beside the upload – in which she could be seen showing off her huge diamond and giving the NFL star a kiss.

Simone and Jonathan first started dating in 2020, just before the global pandemic, and have been sharing sweet snaps on social media ever since.
Chatting to the Wall Street Journal about their blossoming romance, the gold medalist previously confessed that she slid into his DMs after finding him attractive.

‘He would say I slid into his DMs,’ she said in the candid chat. ‘I saw him and I was like, “Oh, he’s pretty cute,” so I said hi.
‘And then I saw that he was in the Houston area, so we started chatting a little bit, and then we went to hang out a week or two later.’
