A woman has come forward accusing Aerosmith star Steven Tyler of sexually assaulting her when she was a teenager.
Former child model Jeanne Bellino has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the musician, alleging she was ‘violently assaulted’ by Tyler, now 75, in 1975 when she was 17.
In documents seen by Rolling Stone, Bellino claims she met Tyler only once, in New York, and he assaulted her twice on that day over ‘gender-motivated violence’.
She says a friend arranged for them to meet the members of Aerosmith, and while walking down the street she asked him about a song lyric; he allegedly became angry and forced her into a phone booth and ‘held her captive.’
The documents claim he ‘stuck his tongue down her throat and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttocks and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall.’
It goes on to say he was ‘humping her, pretending to have sex with her’ while the bandmates and crew watched ‘laughing’ and ‘nobody … intervened’.
Bellino says this was her first sexual experience.

She stayed with the entourage after the alleged incident as she was relying on her friend for transportation, and accuses Tyler of against assaulting her at a hotel bar, grinding against her and telling her he was going to his hotel room and would call for her.
At this stage, Bellino says she was crying and shaking, and claims that Tyler called the lobby and someone told her to go up to his room – but she was ‘paralyzed’ with fear, shook her head and ran out of the hotel.
She claims a doorman who had seen the incident in the phone booth helped her get into a cab and yelled for the driver her to get out her out of the area. She says she told her sister of the alleged incident as soon as she got home.
Bellino claims she was hospitalised and medicated after the alleged incident, and still needs medication to ‘cope with the sexual assault,’ with documents stating she suffered ‘long-term physical injury’ which she is still dealing with decades later.
The suit alleges permanent emotional distress, personal and psychological injuries.

Bellino is the second woman to accuse Tyler of historic sexual abuse, with a woman coming forward in April claiming she was sexually assaulted and sexually battered by the star in 1973, when she was 16.
He denied the claims and insisted that Julia Misley, formerly known as Julia Holcomb, consented to the relationship.
The musician’s defences were said to state that the claimant ‘gave consent’ therefore ‘barring’ the allegations and that Misley didn’t ‘suffer any injury or damage as a result of any action by the defendant’.
Tyler’s defence also insists he should be granted immunity because he was a ‘caretaker and/or guardian’ at the time Misley claims the assaults happened.
In December, Misley filed documents seen by Entertainment Weekly that alleged Tyler ‘groomed, exploited [and] sexually assaulted’ her over the course of three years, beginning when she was 16, due to his fame and status.
Misley alleged that she met the rocker in 1973 following a concert in Portland, Oregon, just after her 16th birthday – when he was around 25 years old.

He reportedly took her back to his hotel room and ‘performed various acts of criminal sexual conduct upon’ her.
In 1974, he reportedly convinced Misley’s mother to grant him guardianship over her, allowing them to travel freely together. He claimed that he could provide the teenager with better support and care and promised to enrol her in school.
However, the paperwork claimed that he ‘did not meaningfully follow through on these promises and instead continued to travel with, assault and provide alcohol and drugs to Plaintiff’.
She allegedly became pregnant with Tyler’s child in 1975, at the age of 17 – but he insisted that she should get an abortion – something she says she was hesitant about, but he threatened to stop supporting her if she didn’t go through with it.
After this, Misley returned home to Portland and later met her husband – keeping her time with Tyler to herself until the musician discussed the situation in his memoir, reportedly published without her consent.
