Newly-engaged Rebel Wilson was caught unawares by an unruly umbrella as she made her way into CBS Studios HQ in a drizzly New York on Tuesday.
The Pitch Perfect actor, 42, was going about her day when disaster struck and her umbrella – which was keeping her nice and dry against the elements – did what umbrellas do best, and collapsed.
Closing in on her like a Venus flytrap, the large Hunter umbrella was a miserable sight over the star’s perfectly pruned barnet.
Whether it was the brolly or Rebel’s fault for prematurely pinching the ‘manual-open design’, we’ll never know.
The umbrella, which looks identical to Hunter’s Transparent Moustache Bubble Umbrella going for £38 on the countryside brand’s website, is marketed as the ‘perfect accessory’.
Perfect or not, it did make for some pretty hilarious snaps, as poor Rebel, who has just welcomed her first child, looked startled under the ‘large canopy’ which proceeded to derail the star’s luscious blonde locks.

Luckily the Hustle funny-woman has a killer sense of humour, and by the looks of it an excellent coat to ward off the rain too.
This comes after the actor announced her engagement to partner Ramona Agruma following an adorable Disneyland proposal earlier this month.
‘We said YES! 💗💗. Thank you @tiffanyandco for the stunning ring 💍 and to Bob Iger and the incredible team at Disneyland @disneyweddings for pulling off this magical surprise!’ Rebel wrote in the announcement, alongside a picture of the pair donning big smiles.
Speaking about the engagement on the Drew Barrymore Show, Rebel shared: ‘I had to get special permission to get a special area roped off and get the topiary trees in and, you know, I had a violinist playing like Disney classics, and it was very, really romantic.’

It’s unclear when the pair were first romantically involved, but they have been pictured together as far back as January 2022.
The new mum previously opened up to Hollywood Reporter about how their relationship originally sparked.
She explained how an onscreen kiss with her The Almond and The Seahorse co-star, Charlotte Gainsbourg, is what ultimately led her to be with Ramona.
‘If I hadn’t had the experience with Charlotte, I don’t know if I would have ever met [Ramona],” she shared.
