Let’s be real – one of best bits about the Christmas period is tasting our way through all the festive offerings from high street food and drink chains.
Basic? Yes. Do we care? No. We’ll proudly drink our weird sugar plum mocha and scoff a ‘turkey with all the trimmings’ sarnie at the first chance we get.
Well, if you’re a fan of Pret A Manger you’re in for a treat – on Tuesday 1st November, Pret is offering 200 people the chance to have an exclusive first taste of the whole menu, ahead of its nationwide launch the following day.
What will you get taste? Unfortunately the coffee shop chain are keeping schtum but have said they are ‘bringing back the nation’s favourite Christmas menu alongside many new festive treats.’
Tickets for the drop-in Christmas Menu Eve experience cost a tenner and include access to four generous helpings of the seasonal hot drinks, delicious hot food and the full festive menu.
All proceeds from the tickets go to The Pret Foundation – helping to alleviate homelessness, hunger and poverty in the UK.
Ticket holders simply have to head to the Pret A Manger at 5 Vere Street, London, W1G 0DJ between 1pm and 6pm on November 1st to taste their way through the new menu.
Pret A Manger coffee subscribers can also get early access to the new Christmas menu as Pret are also giving away 50 tickets to the event for free to their most loyal of fans – these will be sent via email, so check your inbox ASAP.
