Police appeal for information after man who threw acid over Katie Piper leaves UK

​Stefan Sylvestre, who was acting on orders from Piper’s ex-boyfriend, was released from prison in 2018, but has breached licence conditionsPolice are searching for a man, jailed for an acid attack on the model and campaigner Katie Piper, who is believed to have left the country.The Metropolitan police said their inquiries indicated that Stefan Sylvestre left the UK on 2 August.
