Viewers will know that Peter was responsible for the death of Audrey’s serial killer son, Stephen (Todd Boyce), after mowing him down with his car.
Though Peter acted believing that Jenny Connor’s (Sally Ann Matthews) life was in danger, it was later revealed to him that Stephen had made it clear he had no intention of harming her.
Luckily for Peter, police dropped their investigation against him – something Audrey was still unaware of, until Peter is forced to reveal all in a new spoiler clip.
In the video, Peter heads into the Kabin to buy some chewing gum ahead of his alcoholism meeting, and is soon sharing a few laughs with Brian (Peter Gunn) over the account.

However, their jokes are cut short by Audrey’s arrival, though when Peter excuses himself, Audrey tells him to stay and enjoy his freedom while it lasts.
She bitterly points out that it won’t be long until he’s locked away for what he did to Stephen, and Peter has no choice but to set her straight.
