Paddy McGuinness sported a new hair-do and fans weren’t entirely convinced the presenter was suited to the longer tresses.
The 49-year-old TV star – who recently showed support for his estranged wife Christine amid the release of her autism documentary – debuted his mane of hair in a filtered upload to Instagram on Monday.
After laying eyes on the famous face’s new do, fans only had one thing on their mind.
Racing to the comment section, they quickly compared a long-haired Paddy to fitness influencer and online coach Joe Wicks.
The former Take Me Out host snapped a selfie with a filter that added masses of long curly brunette hair to his head and wore a white t-shirt for the occasion.
Broadcaster Jake Humphrey poked fun at the star and referenced the fitness coach when he said: ‘I loved your PE during lockdown’.

A fan penned: ‘Mmmmm, cant decide if you are Russell Brand or Joe Wicks [sic]’.
‘Joe Wicks as I live and breathe’, was another user’s comment.
Paddy uploaded the funny picture with the caption: ‘8 hours solid sleep last night. #nofilter [sic]’.
His post came after his ex-wife Christine disclosed plans to whish their three children away on holiday following the release of her documentary Christine McGuinness: Unmasking My Autism.
She told the MailOnline: ‘My plan is to try to turn up for my life this year.
‘I feel quite limitless and excited.

‘I really want to just focus on saying “yes” to more opportunities but also to spending extra time with the children to try to push their boundaries a little bit more.’
The mum went on to speak about her nine year-old twins Penelope and Leo, and Felicity, seven, who also have autism: ‘I want to make sure their needs are met.
‘I say every year that I want to take them abroad but I am so determined this year to take them abroad.
‘We’ve done it once before, but it was a couple of years ago and then lockdown happened. We’ve got some lovely memories from a couple of days in Spain.
‘I’m looking at somewhere similar, in Europe, like Spain. I don’t know how they’ll cope on a flight for too long.
