Olivia Attwood admits she’ll look like ‘a drowned rat’ in the shower compared to Myleene Klass on I’m A Celebrity

Olivia Attwood has quashed expectations of pulling off another iconic shower moment like Myleene Klass, ahead of the new series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

The former Love Island star is heading into the Australian jungle alongside the likes of music legend Boy George, Mike Tindall, Coronation Street actress Sue Cleaver and radio host Chris Moyles.

Glamorous reality star Olivia, 31, first rose to fame on ITV’s flagship dating reality show in 2017, where she finished in third place with Chris Hughes.

Since then, she’s joined the cast of The Only Way Is Essex for appearances across a few series, as well as dipping her toe into the world of presenting with her work on documentary series Getting Filthy Rich, all about the world of selling sex online.

However, she doesn’t anticipate making waves on I’m A Celebrity in quite the same way as Hear’Say star Myleene, who delivered on one of the show’s most famous scenes ever with her white bikini moment back in 2006 – even if she’s got her swimwear ready.

‘I definitely will be packing a bikini. But I will look like a drowned rat in the shower. I don’t know if I can live up to Myleene’s iconic shower moment!’ she admitted ahead of entering the jungle.

She had previously teased that she was planning her own shower moment, but it seems she’s keeping it low-key ahead of the fact.

Olivia also confessed she thought it was unlikely she’ll win the show as she sees herself as ‘marmite’.

‘Of course, it would be incredible but I don’t think I am ever going to win I’m A Celebrity. I feel like I am marmite – you either love me or hate me.’

The 2022 line-up includes Mike Tindall, Charlene White, Boy George and Chris Moyles (Picture: ITV)

However, one title she does think she’s in with a good chance of claiming is that of the contestant who will scream the most during Bushtucker Trials.

‘All the trials are scary looking, and I am a screamer for sure. Something in the dark would scare me and the water challenges are scary looking too.’

She won’t be put off getting stuck in though, adding: ‘But if I get voted to do a trial, I will give it a go. You’ve got to embrace the whole experience.’

I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns to ITV on November 5.
