No suspension for footballer arrested on suspicion of rape, Premier League club confirms
Sky News says A Premier League footballer will not be suspended following his arrest on suspicion of rape, his club has said.
The player, who has not been identified, was arrested in Barnet, north London earlier this month over allegations that he raped a woman in her 20s in June.
While in custody, man in his 20s was arrested on suspicion of raping a different woman in April and June last year.
He has denied the allegations and has been bailed until August.
