New documents have revealed details of Matthew Perry’s death late last month.

Best known for his work as beloved Friends character Chandler Bing, Perry died aged 54 on October 28 after reportedly drowning at his Los Angeles home.

Although full toxicology results will take at least another few weeks to return, an initial investigation found he did not have fentanyl or methamphetamines in his system when he died.

A cause of death has not yet been officially determined by L.A. County Coroner; however, it is not being treated as suspicious.

Now, the actor’s death certificate has revealed his exact time of death and who the ‘informant’ was.

His death certificate, obtained by E! News, listed the informant as Perry’s stepfather, Dateline journalist Keith Morrison.

The document also confirmed the authorities noted his time of death as 4:17 p.m. PST at his residence in the Pacific Palisades outside of Los Angeles.

In the death certificate, authorities said there were no other significant conditions contributing to his death.

While unconfirmed, sources believe his live-in assistant of 25 years, Kenny Iwamasa found the actor’s body and made the call to 911.

The death certificate did not confirm that this was the case but did reveal where Perry was buried during his funeral.

According to the document, he was buried at Forest Lawn in Los Angeles on November 3.

His family and friends, including his Friends co-stars, came together last week for the ceremony.

Although emergency responders walked into a ‘water rescue situation’ and Perry was found dead on the scene, details are still being evaluated and investigated by authorities.

His cause of death has been listed as ‘deferred’ for now, meaning the investigation is still pending and needs more time to be completed.

The avid pickleball player had been active hours before his shocking death but was said to be ‘fatigued’ according to his match partner.

Perry was buried at the Forest Lawn cemetery in Hollywood Hills last Friday, with his sitcom co-stars paying their respects at the intimate funeral.

Jennifer Aniston, 54, Courteney Cox, 59, Lisa Kudrow, 60, David Schwimmer, 57, and Matt LeBlanc, 56, all attended the ceremony.

The Hollywood Hills Memorial Park is also opposite Warner Bros. studios, which is where Friends was filmed.
