Netflix viewers shaken by ‘unnecessary’ naked Prince Andrew scene in no holds barred Scoop
Netflix viewers have been rocked by an ‘unnecessary’ moment in the Prince Andrew drama Scoop, starring Rufus Sewell as the Duke of York.
The no holds barred drama, also starring Gillian Anderson as Emily Maitlis and Billie Piper as former Newsnight booker Sam McAlister, goes behind-the-scenes of that car crash interview which ultimately put an end to public duties.
While Scoop does play with the truth, creating certain moments for dramatic effect, there was one scene which left viewers shaken.
As the interview finally airs on BBC, Prince Andrew takes a bath while millions tune in to watch him deny having any sexual relationship with Virginia Giuffre, who accused him of sexually assaulting her when she was 17.
