After suffering a horrific head injury whilst skiing in France in 2013, updates on the health of Formula 1 great Michael Schumacher have been few and far between. Schumacher was skiing off-piste when he fell and hit his head off a rock.
The German star was airlifted to hospital in Grenoble, and after undergoing two separate surgeries, he was placed in a medically induced coma for six weeks.
Nine years on from his horrendous accident, Schumacher’s family are preparing to start a ‘new life’ in Majorca in a £27 million villa which will be used during the winter months, according to German magazine Die Bunte.
