Mel Giedroyc seductively churning butter at The Eurovision Song Contest final 2023 might just be one of the best moments from the entire competition.

The former Great British Bake Off presenter, 54, surprised audiences with a sneaky cameo on Saturday night, sending viewers into an immediate frenzy.

While presenter Hannah Waddingham introduced Armenia to the main stage, Mel could be seen dressed as a milkmaid with a traditional butter churn in between her legs – and boy, was she getting into it.

Graham Norton, who is commentating on the show for the UK, couldn’t hold back his laughter while pointing Mel out.

‘There’s Mel Giedroyc, literally milking it,’ he said, before observing: ‘She has a slight look of Melania Trump.’

Audiences were in stitches over the spectacle, with one writing: ‘Congratulations to Mel G who’s just WON the competition.’

Another said: ‘Whatever the BBC are paying Mel Giedroyc needs to be doubled.’

A third declared: ‘HIGHLIGHT OF THE SHOW from Mel. In hysterics from this…’

Of course, Mel’s hysterical cameo was a reference from Poland’s 2014 Eurovision entry, which saw Donatan and Cleo churn butter and wash laundry on stage while singing My Słowianie – We Are Slavic.

The actress, comedian, and television presenter is of Polish-Lithuanian descent on her father’s side.

The Eurovision 2023 final in Liverpool has been an absolutely wild ride so far, with none other than the Princess of Wales making a surprise appearance in the opening video.

Elsewhere, audiences helpfully filled in the NSFW word after Serbian act Luke Black was forced to cut out swearing during his live performance.
