Fans are fearing for Sophie (Picture: E4)
Married At First Sight fans might be watching the next episode from behind a cushion, because they’re predicting some very uncomfortable scenes between Jonathan Wileman and Sophie Brown.
The couple have had a bumpy road to say the least and when it came to deciding to re-commit to each other or walk away from the relationship in their final vows on Wednesday night’s show, things were up in the air.
After the pair made their way to a stunning cave location, Sophie re-affirmed her commitment to Jonathan.
She said: ‘Our marriage isn’t perfect but whose is?’, adding that the pair of them ‘always come back stronger’ from obstacles they face.
‘After everything we’ve been through and with the connection we have, I don’t want to let it go,’ she said.
When she finished her speech, Jonathan appeared to have a very uncomfortable look on his face, even looking close to tears at points.
Preparing to read his speech, he admitted: ‘I feel bad now,’ before the episode ended.
Fans reckon it’s the end of the road for the pair, with some being disappointed that it wasn’t Sophie making the decision to end things.
‘Jonathan is gonna break poor Sophie’s heart isn’t he,’ one predicted, while another added: ‘Sophie deserves so much more than being ditched at final vows by that wilted cabbage.’
‘It’s clear Jonathan and Sophie are not on the same page,’ one more added.

‘Sophie deserves so much better than Jonathan, if he says he’s leaving it’s only because he knows that eventually she’ll realise she’s settling for less than she’s worth,’ one more said
Fans have been trying to work out from social media whether or not the couples have stayed together – and for Sophie and Jonathan, things are still a little uncertain.
While Sophie has lovingly posted photos of her with her other half over her Instagram following their wedding day, fans aren’t sure that these two are still together.
Jonathan appears to be spending a lot of quality time with his family and recently refused to disclose whether he was still in a relationship with his bride on an Instagram live.
It’s not very clear cut as to whether these two have gone the distance, so only time will tell!
Married At First Sight continues tomorrow at 9pm on Channel 4.
