Man sentenced to two years in prison for sexual abuse of children

A 29-year-old man interrupted three school-age boys in Jyväskylä last summer. The Central Finland District Court sentenced the abuser to prison. As the Court of Appeal proceedings were canceled, the District Court remains to be followed. The mother of Mika Rinnekahti’s son eventually reached out because the 9-year-old boy had strange bruising and bites. Likewise, the boys clearly concealed what they had been up to during the summer weeks. It became clear to them that the boys were talking about what they did. When talking to the boys, it became clear to the mothers that the boys had visited the apartment of a man in their thirties several times. The man had offered them small amounts of money, of which the boys were excited about. The man wrapped his youngest victim in his paws by promising to buy an electric kick for him. Some of them were also afraid. However, they dared to go to the apartment. The fear of the boys was increased by the fact that one of them had found a man’s phone’s exploitation material on the man’s phone.

    Three, four times

Today, a 29-year-old man received five charges of sexual interference in the Central Finland District Court in the District Court of Central Finland, a drug, that is, a child’s sexually presenting child, and spreading a child. In Ismo Vornanen, it turned out that 9, 12, and 14-year-old boys had visited the man’s apartment for at least three or four times between July 1 and August 5th. One time, they had been in the apartment longer. For example, a man had kissed younger boys, massaged them, touched their backs and changed their clothes. In addition, he had tried to touch a 12-year-old’s genitalia. The man had also introduced the children to an artificial force that was kept in his apartment.

    Denied the crimes

The stories of the boys revealed that the man had provided them with alcohol and cannabis. However, the man was not accused of this. Nor was he accused of physical violence. Even the prosecutor did not claim that he had hit or bitten any of the boys. Thus, there was no explanation in court. The man denied committing all the crimes. He admitted that he had met those boys in the harbor but had not invited them to his home.

    Two years of imprisonment

The district court found the charges proved. Two sexual interference with the child were proven based on the man’s tablet and phone videos. The victim of these abuse was not identified. For his youngest victim, he must compensate for the suffering caused by the infringement EUR 2,000, the middle EUR 1,500 and the eldest one thousand euros. The District Court in November is coming into force as Husseini withdrew his appeal to the Eastern Finland Court of Appeal.
