Riley Keough has been officially named as the sole trustee of the estate of her late mother Lisa Marie Presley, the only child of Elvis Presley.
The appointment was approved during a hearing on Friday, according to documents obtained by the PA news agency.
Lisa Marie Presley died on January 12 at the age of 54 and was laid to rest at her father’s Graceland mansion in Memphis, Tennessee, on January 22.
Four days after the funeral, her mother Priscilla filed court documents disputing a 2016 amendment to Lisa Marie’s living trust.
The amendment removed Priscilla Presley and a former business manager as trustees and replaced them with her two eldest children – Riley, 34, and Benjamin Keough, who died in 2020 aged 27.
She claimed to only become aware of the amendment after Lisa Marie’s death.

The Daisy Jones & the Six actress filed a petition to her filing.
Priscilla and Riley agreed to a settlement in May. She also came to an agreement with Michael Lockwood, who is the guardian for her two younger half-siblings, 14-year-old twins Harper and Finley Lockwood. The twins are Lisa-Marie’s children with former husband Michael Lockwood.
Riley was officially named as sole trustee by Judge Lynn Healey Scaduto during a hearing at Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday.

It was agreed that Elvis’ former wife Priscilla, 78, would be a special advisor to the trust and will be permitted to be buried at the Graceland mansion.
Riley will be in charge of managing the sub-trusts for her half-sisters.
Earlier this month a Los Angeles coroner ruled that Lisa Marie had died of complications from weight loss surgery she had several years ago.
Her death was ruled as being from natural causes due to the effects of a small bowel obstruction.
Announcing her death at the start of this year, grieving mother Priscilla said: ‘It is with a heavy heart that I must share the devastating news that my beautiful daughter Lisa Marie has left us.
‘She was the most passionate, strong and loving woman I have ever known.’
Presley’s last-ever public appearance was at the Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills just two days before her death.
She accompanied Elvis star and friend Austin Butler to celebrate his win as best actor for his portrayal of her father.
