    LABOUR WINS THE GENERAL ELECTION – As Keir Starmer speaks Live from Labour HQ Central London.

    Speaking in central London, the next prime minister Keir Starmer says “change begins now”.

    “It feels good, I have to be honest,” he tells a cheering crowd.

    Addressing the supporters who have stayed awake during the night in central London, Keir Starmer tells them “thank you truly – you have changed our country”.

    LABOUR WINS THE GENERAL ELECTION

    Labour has won the UK general election after passing 326 seats.

    Earlier Outgoing PM Rishi Sunak conceded the election and called to congratulate Keir Starmer.

    An extraordinarily good night for the Labour Party but they lost a lot of Muslim votes in protest for their stance in Gaza.

    Tonight has been an extraordinarily good night for the Labour Party. Under Keir Starmer they have won more seats than they would ever have dreamed in the aftermath of the 2019 general election.

    The next prime minister Keir Starmer

    Today he is the victorious labour leader, Tomorrow he will become the British Prime MInister.

    After reaching the required 326 seats to win the general election, he says “a mandate like this comes with a great responsibility”.

    He adds that the task of a Labour government is “nothing less than renewing the ideas hat hold our country together”.

    “We have to return politics to public service,” he goes on, adding his government will “show it can be a force for good“.
