    Kherson is in de facto Russian rule with Curfew

    The southern city of Kherson is in de facto control by the Russian Army since March 3. They Have imposed a curfew for all civilians.

    The city mayor said that “for the Ukrainian flag to continue flying over us” he negotiated with the Russian forces several conditions, including:

    1. Strict curfew from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
    2. Cars are only allowed to drive in daylight.
    3. Only cars carrying necessary supplies such as food and medicine can enter the city.
    4. Citizens can walk alone or in groups of two people. They have to stop when demanded.
    5. They must not confront the Russian forces.

    But he stressed that Kherson is in de facto Russian rule with a curfew that must be followed.

    Ukraine, Russia to hold a new round of peace talks.

    According to Vladimir Medinsky, assistant to Russian President Vladimir Putin, the second round of negotiations will take place on March 3, in Belarusian Brest Oblast, which is close to the Polish border.
