Kanye West has been a rap icon since the early 2000s but his new album has been repeatedly rejected by labels amid antisemitism rows.
Major record labels reportedly won’t go near West, 46, for what would be his 11th studio album, following Donda in 2021.
West, who has been galavanting across Europe this summer with wife Bianca Censori, 28, has already recorded the entire album with Ty Dolla $ign.
In the past year, the American rapper has been repeatedly accused of antisemitism – most recently when he filed a trademark for the phrase ‘Yews’.
Ex-wife Kim Kardashian even broke down over the situation, saying she wanted to ‘never talk to [him] again].
Now, West is shopping around at smaller labels in order to release him new music after multiple rejections, according to Billboard.

Last year, West tweeted he was going to go ‘death con 3 on Jewish people’ before his account on the site – now X – was locked down.
He then told the Info Wars podcast that he ‘loved’ Hitler and he ‘sees good things about Hitler.’
In response, the dad-of-four was dropped from several brand deals such as Adidas and now his new album is struggling to find a home in larger labels.
That’s not to say the songs won’t see the light of day as five lesser known labels are vying for the release, including Too Lost which West is already working with.

The small label, which launched two years ago, already holds the rights to the Stronger rapper’s songs on YouTube so could go all in on the star.
Universal Music Group (UMG), who worked with West via Def Jam and merchandise company Bravado, cut ties with the rapper after his comments.
At the time a spokesperson for UMG told Billboard: ‘Def Jam’s relationship with Ye as a recording artist, Def Jam’s partnership with the Good Music label venture and Ye’s merchandise agreement with Bravado all ended in 2021.’
Addressing the comments made by West, they added: ‘There is no place for antisemitism in our society. We are deeply committed to combating antisemitism and every other form of prejudice.’
