Joe Biden’s Fourth of July military gaffe backfires as the President makes another blunder.
President Biden claimed Thursday he’s been “in and out of battles” while addressing an audience of military service members and their families at Thursday’s White House Fourth of July Barbecue.
“And by the way, I’ve been all over the world with you. I’ve been in and out of battles,”
The president said, who never served in the military.
But has done his duty as Commander-in-Chief, where he has met with leaders like President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel. Both of who are fighting a war.
Joe Biden’s Fourth of July military gaffe, backfires
President Biden made a gaffe at the White House Fourth of July barbecue Thursday, claiming to have been ‘in and out of battles’ to military service members and their families.
White House Fourth of July barbecue
A story that has been run by FOX News to expose the lack of military service. They have even had multiple commentators on to suggest the President was out of order.
However, if you really look at what he is saying and then use common sense to apply to the President’s style of talking, it seems obvious what the President is really saying.
Not the first time Biden has come under fire
This is not the first time President Biden has come under fire for remarks in reference to his military service members and nor shall it be the last, well until he steps down.
In 2019, Biden he came under fire for conflating and misrepresenting war stories after the Washington Post exposed a “moving but false war story” told on his 2020 campaign trail.
At the time he was the vice president and candidate for president, later defended what he said, saying the “central point” was accurate.
Bad form when a politician tries to make it about themselves
It’s always bad form when a politician tries to make it about themselves and somehow equate their service with the service of those men and women who serve.
TOP BIDEN SURROGATE URGES PRESIDENT TO ‘CAREFULLY EVALUATE’ HIS PATH FORWARD
This is an example of trying to find every opportunity to politicize, trying to sneak in a jab at his political opponent on a day where really, we should just be celebrating our independence.
He was there to recognize and honor both veterans and active duty members. But in America, thats politics, no place or no one is safe.
Especially when the president makes a fourth of July military gaffe that backfires. The question on everyone’s lips though is… would a Biden of 2020 made such an error.
