A man died in an apartment fire that broke out today around 10.20 am in Jesolo (Venice).
The firefighters, arriving from the local detachment, entered the house from which smoke was coming out, equipped with self-contained breathing apparatus, and began extinguishing operations. During the rescue, the man’s body was found and entrusted to the Suem 118 staff.
The flames, which mainly affected the bedroom, were completely extinguished. Clean-up operations and an inspection by the officer on duty and the service head are now underway to determine the causes of the fire.
