Financial Times – Israel enforces complete siege of Gaza 

Israel has mobilised 300,000 reservists as its “complete siege” of Gaza gets underway, the Financial Times reports. The paper quotes Netanyahu who said the campaign was “just getting started” as he vowed a “difficult and terrible” experience for Hamas and promised to “change the Middle East”.

The front page notes the growing death toll on both sides, with at least 700 Israelis dead and 560 Gazans.
