Arsenal meet Everton at the Emirates tonight in a vital match which will have consequences for both ends of the Premier League table.

Mikel Arteta’s side have reacted well to losing to title-rivals Manchester City a couple of weeks ago, returning from two trips to the Midlands with six points from games against Aston Villa and Leicester.

The Gunners are currently two points clear of City at the top of the table ahead of this evening’s game in hand.

Meanwhile, Everton’s momentum under new manager Sean Dyche was checked on Saturday with a 2-0 loss to Villa leaving them a point adrift in the relegation zone.

But will fans in the UK be able to watch the game on TV? Here is everything you need to know.

What time does Arsenal vs Everton kick-off?

Arsenal vs Everton will take place tonight (Wednesday, March 1) at 7.45pm.

What TV channel is Arsenal vs Everton on?

Much to the disappointment of fans, the game will not be shown live on TV in the UK.

This is because tonight’s match is a rearranged fixture, having been previously scheduled for back in September.

The clash was postponed in the aftermath of the death of Queen Elizabeth II, and given it was not selected for TV coverage back then, it cannot be picked up now by one of the broadcasters.

How to follow Arsenal vs Everton in the UK

Radio commentary of the match will take place on talkSPORT, with the build-up beginning at 7pm.

    What is the team news?

Gabriel Jesus remains absent for Arsenal but the Brazil forward is edging closer to a return to action having injured his knee at the World Cup.

Thomas Partey, who replaced Martin Odegaard at Leicester, is still building up to full fitness after missing the previous two matches with injury.

Arteta said: ‘He hasn’t trained much, he’s only had a session. He will train today [Tuesday] so it is what it is. He was out for a few weeks and he needs to get the rhythm.’

Mohamed Elneny is expected to miss a substantial amount of the season having undergone surgery on a serious knee injury.

Everton will once again be without Andros Townsend, while Dominic Calvert-Lewin is a big doubt with a hamstring complaint.

Nathan Patterson’s comeback from a knee injury has been delayed, although James Garner is close to a return.
