The Sunday Mirror leads on entertainment news for its front page. The paper runs an exclusive interview with the ex-wife of serial killer Peter Tobin, who died on Saturday.
Tobin was convicted of killing three women and was described as a “monster” by his former partner Cathy Wilson. “There is a feeling of relief that he is now dead,” she tells the paper.
Daily Mirror says Serial killer Peter Tobin took his secrets to the grave after snubbing detectives on his death bed in a cruel final act of defiance.
Speaking exclusively to the Sunday Mirror, his ex-wife Cathy Wilson, 52, said: “He was a monster and there is a feeling of relief that he is now dead.
“But the strongest emotion we have is grief for the families of girls and young women who disappeared and know Tobin was the likely culprit, but who have to accept now that they will never have the answers they wanted so badly.”
The 76-year-old once boasted killing up to 48 women, but refused to confess to any more murders as detectives quizzed him at Edinburgh Prison.

Daily Mirror says King Charles III is reportedly planning to change his Coronation with 6,000 guests and ancient traditions axed and the four-hour service cut down to 60 minutes.
Charles has long been in favour of streamlining the monarchy, and it appears he is beginning his reign with a similar approach to his coronation.
King Charles reportedly wants to set the tone for a modernised monarchy while retaining an element of the grandeur and tradition that captivated the world during the late Queen’s lying-in-state and funeral last month.
The plans will differ from Queen Elizabeth II’s three-hour Coronation service which was televised for the very first time and watched by millions.
