Husband wanted for murder of influencer wife ‘kills himself’ as police close in
The Daily Mirror says a fugitive husband suspected of murdering his influencer wife shot and killed himself as US Marshals moved in to arrest him.
Tom Sharkey, 50, was wanted for the killing of Instagram star Alexis Sharkey, whose naked body was found next to a road in Houston, Texas, after she was strangled in November last year.
Alexis, 26, had disappeared less than 24 hours after she was found dead, and officials believed her body had been “carefully placed” at the side of the road.
