The Daily Express leads with a preview of the budget, reporting the chancellor will announce a 2p cut to national insurance.

The paper says the cuts are part of a “feelgood package designed to ease families’ finances” and that Chancellor Hunt is “gambling on the measure being enough to boost Tory election hopes and economic growth”.
