Pep Guardiola has spearheaded a period of Manchester City dominance since he took the reigns at the Etihad Stadium.

And City’s power doesn’t seem like it will wane any time soon, with the Citizens in the hunt for a treble in the 2022/23 campaign.

But exactly how long has Guardiola been at Manchester City and how many trophies has he won during his time in the managerial hot seat?

Here is everything you need to know.

The announcement of Guardiola’s arrival in English football was actually made in February of that year when he was still in charge of German giants Bayern Munich.

An initial three-year contract was agreed between manager and club, with Guardiola assuming his role at the start of the 2016/17 season.

What trophies has Pep Guardiola won at Manchester City?

Guardiola has a bursting trophy cabinet from his time in Manchester so far, with the Catalan having amassed 11 titles.

Having gone trophy-less during his first season in charge, Guardiola picked up his first piece of silverware with the League Cup in 2017/18.

The Premier League title also followed that season, with City becoming the first team to collect 100 points in a single campaign courtesy of an incredible 32 wins from 38 matches.

Since then, City have gone on to win three further league titles, which included finishing one point ahead of Liverpool in both 2018/19 and 2021/22.

Guardiola won four League Cups in a row between 2017 and 2021, whilst his only FA Cup triumph came in the 2018/19 season with a 6-0 victory over Watford in the final at Wembley.

But while Guardiola has enjoyed immense domestic success, the Champions League trophy has so far alluded the 52 year-old with the runners-up spot in 2020/21 his best result with City to date.
