Fancy a cheeky Nando’s? (Picture: Getty Images)

Time to get excited, as Nando’s is set to release a new menu item.

    Teasing the launch of the new offering with a cryptic Instagram post, Nando’s captioned the video with: ‘ F_ _ l _ L _ _ _ ed C _ _ _ _’.

And internet sleuths have guessed that ‘Fully Loaded Chips’ will be the new foodie dish set to launch.

Though the brand hasn’t confirmed anyone’s guesses, it looks highly likely that fans have cracked it with the loaded chips – potentially available with varying spice levels, given how chili symbols are shown in the video.

We’re guessing you’ll be able to customise them from the classic lemon and herb to extra hot.

In the sneak peek video, the chips look to be loaded with cheese and spring onions.

People have been tagging their friends in the comments, asking: ‘fully loaded chips?… when we going?’.

One eager diner says: ‘This has got to be the best day ever’.

While another added: ‘Get you’re fiesta fries on the menu that you do in SA they are unreal’ – so perhaps these are a similar menu item.

Our taste buds are already awaiting 6 June, when they will be officially added to menus.

We’ll see you down there next Tuesday.
