Gucci x Adidas – the internet-breaking collaboration the fashion world needs
It’s the collaboration that has the fashion world excited – luxury Italian fashion house Gucci has teamed up with sportswear giant Adidas for a collection that is set to be a hit amongst fashion lovers and celebrities.
Rumours of the two iconic brands working together started in December 2021 and a few days ago, Gucci confirmed the collab during its FW22 presentation in Milan. The unveiling of the collection has given us internet-breaking moments as the hottest duo of the year is set to be a big seller.

The collaboration has yet to hit the streets but it got fashion lovers buzzing, the retro-chic aesthetic of Gucci along with the famous Adidas logo is proving to be a hit.
The accessories and footwear are tipped to be the most popular pieces. The Adidas Gazelle is dressed in rich fabrics and prints such as snakeskin, velvet and the GG motif.
There is also leather gloves and knit athletic caps – leaning on the sporty side of the partnership.
In accessories, there is also a double sided-hat (Gucci on one side and three stripes on the other).
And then there is the beautiful tailored green suits with a Gucci-Adidas logo stamp on the pocket, it also has a mashup monogram print. A Victorin-inspired silk dress boasts frills and ruffles along with the Three Stripes, blending sophistication and play for a whimsical collaboration.
Adidas loves a sport-Luxury collaboration, having previously partnered with Raf Simons, Rick Owens and Yohji Yamamoto in the past.
