The Sun – Gogglebox George falls to his death 

The Sun reports that Gogglebox star George Gilbey has died aged 40 after falling from a height at a warehouse. It comes as pals of the TV personality last night revealed he had been working hard to “turn his life around for his family” after he was jailed for three months in 2019 for drink-driving.

Tributes last night flooded in for George, who had a seven-year-old daughter, Amelie. 

Elsewhere, the front page reports being overweight really is in your DNA. It quotes researchers as saying that out of 3,000 adults all “normal weight” at the start of a study, 43% deemed genetically at risk became obese over the following five years. The paper says experts believe 2,000 extra steps a day for those predisposed to being obese can help keep off the weight.
