FT – Bitcoin hits $80,000 record as traders bet on support of Trump White House
The Financial Times reports that Bitcoin hit $80,000 for the first time on Sunday, as Donald Trump recorded US election victories in Nevada and Arizona.
The paper says the crypto industry is anticipating a shift in policy and the attitudes of US regulators towards digital currencies under Trump’s incoming administration.
