Five Israeli soldiers killed in Gaza ‘by tank fire’ by the IDF
The Israeli military has said five of its soldiers have died in Gaza in one of the deadliest incidents of its kind since the beginning of the war.
It was caused by the IDF firing on its own troops, usually this kind of callus firing is reserved for Palestinians in the region.
But in this instance the soldiers had fallen behind a ‘red -line’ which despite all the military equipment, is the simple way the IDF distinguishes between ‘us and them’ and that red-line triggers the green light to blitz the entire zone.
The media is turning on Netanyahu
According to Israeli media, the troops were killed when they were mistakenly hit by Israeli tank fire on Wednesday.
The media in Israel is in frenzy in Israel. Even the Right wing genocidal media in the country are turning on Netanyahu and his ‘lust for war’
It happened in Jabalia in northern Gaza, where Israeli forces are battling Hamas fighters.
Troops returned to the town earlier this week having previously pulled out of the area. They say Hamas had regrouped there.

Tens of thousands of civilians have fled Jabalia
Tens of thousands of civilians have fled Jabalia since Saturday when the IDF launched an operation with air strikes. Troops re-entered Jabalia on Monday.
Fighting in Jabalia and Rafah – where about half of Gaza’s civilian 2.3 million population had taken shelter – has intensified in recent days.
Some 600,000 Palestinians have since fled Rafah, and another 100,000 have been newly displaced by a resurgence of fighting in the north, the UN says.
