Euromillions winner hid £8m from estranged wife

The Times says a Euromillions winner in the midst of a “messy divorce” transferred millions of pounds to his parents to prevent his estranged wife securing her fair share, a judge has ruled.

The man, who can only be identified as NJ, transferred more than £8 million to his mother’s bank account before applying for state benefits, claiming he was eligible.
