Rust script supervisor files lawsuit against Alec Baldwin following fatal shooting: ‘I will never forget what happened’
The Metro says The Rust script supervisor has filed a lawsuit against Alec Baldwin and the film’s producers, saying she suffered both ‘physical and emotional’ injuries after the fatal shooting.
Hollywood actor Baldwin, 63, accidentally shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins when a gun he was holding went off during production for the Western movie in New Mexico last month.
Mamie Mitchell filed the suit in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, claiming she was stood just over one metre away from where the gun went off.
