Emmerdale spoilers: Cain takes furious revenge on Nate after gun and beating drama – and Caleb is next

Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter) naively thought he could handle the world of organised crime when he started his new job in Emmerdale.

The dodgy exchanges have earnt Nate a lot of money so far, but learning that one of the jobs involved shifting illegal guns made Nate realise it was probably time to back out.

However, as he was in too deep, Nate had to focus on the task in hand but once he discovered the guns had gone missing, he knew danger would soon follow.

And in Thursday’s (August 31) episode of the ITV soap, it did.

As Nate revealed the truth to Tracy (Amy Walsh), Caleb was meeting with Harry (Robert Beck) and a group of very scary and violent looking men.

Caleb tried to calmly put forward the idea of stopping the dodgy jobs, but Harry and his men took action by brutally beating Caleb.

Caleb was then found by Cain and Nate, who had worked out that he was in trouble. He was then returned home and checked over by Liam (Jonny McPherson), who wasn’t happy to be keeping another secret for his BFF’s family and said that if Caleb loses consciousness, he must go to hospital.

At Butlers, Nate arrived with his tail between his legs.

Unsurprisingly, he wanted Cain’s help. Nate revealed that Tracy had thrown him out and now has nowhere to live, but a furious Cain refused to be there for his son.

Cain’s anger then increased further once Nate revealed that Caleb owned the company he was working for. Over the past few months, Cain has refused to warm to Caleb as he’s been certain that he’s up to no good.

Theory proved correct, Cain told Nate that Caleb’s going to get what’s coming to him, which means he certainly won’t be joining his brother and Chas (Lucy Pargeter) for those peaceful walks in the woods anytime soon…
