Seems like no couple were brave enough! (Picture: ITV)
According to Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, no one actually did the deed this series.
Life has been pretty hectic for the Turkish actress since she left the Majorcan villa with boyfriend Davide Sanclimenti, bagging herself brand deals and TV appearances left, right, and centre.
However, she hasn’t forgotten her roots and is still down to dish the dirt on all things Love Island.
Spilling the beans on the couples’ bedroom antics, Ekin-Su revealed that, well, there actually isn’t much to spill, as no one had sex during the show.
Nope, according to the 28-year-old OhPolly ambassador, the likes of Gemma Owen and Luca Bish, Tasha Ghouri and Andrew Le Page, and Indiyah Pollack and Dami Hope didn’t go all the way.
Speaking to The Guardian, Ekin-Su said the beds were simply too close together for anyone to get fully frisky.

‘It’s a new villa. There is this much space [she indicates about 10 inches] between the beds. Who was going to have sex when there’s cameras everywhere?,’ she said.
And while you might assume she and Davide were straight down to business once the show ended, Ekin-Su said the new couple actually waited even longer.
‘Even when I left the villa with Davide, we couldn’t really relax. The time wasn’t right.’
It might come as a surprise to Love Island fans that no couples had sex in the villa this year, given all the ‘salon’ talk – remember all those euphemisms?

But while certain couples might have got intimate in other ways (manicures, blowdries, etc.) it seems no one was brave enough to have the ‘full set.’
Elsewhere in her new interview, Ekin-Su spoke about the close monitoring of contestants during Love Island, after the show has been criticised for supposedly failing to care for Islanders and their mental health in the past.
Defying such claims, Ekin-Su said Islanders were actually treated ‘like babies,’ and there were daily check-ins on their well-being.

‘If I cut my finger, a medical team would be there in two minutes. With a plaster and a paracetamol. It’s ridiculous. I think it’s extreme care,’ she said.
‘Every day, you’d have a Zoom call for an hour with a psych, you explain how you feel, how your day is, any problems. It’s all confidential, you take your mic off.’

Following her big £50,000 Love Island win, Ekin-Su has already crafted a nice career for herself, bagging brand deals with the likes of Beauty Works and B Perfect Cosmetics.
She’ll also star alongside Italian beau Davide in an upcoming travel series which sees the lovebirds travel to both Turkey and Italy.
