A showdown (Picture: BBC)
It’s Theo Hawthorne’s (William Ellis) plea hearing in upcoming episodes of EastEnders, and Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) is very worried indeed.
After being aware that someone was stalking her, Stacey’s nightmare got a whole lot worse when that someone was confirmed to be Theo. The former school teacher met Stacey on a subscription-only website and now, within his warped mindset, believes he’s meant to be in a relationship with her.
Coming up, Stacey is still reeling at Theo’s attempts to make contact on the day of his plea hearing.
Aware that Theo wants to meet up, Stacey eventually agrees to it after comments from Lily (Lillia Turner).

At the meet, Stacey tries to manipulate Theo into pleading guilty by promising to restart their so-called ‘relationship’ once he’s served his time.
As the chat comes to a close, Stacey starts to worry if she’s made things worse when Theo reacts badly to her suggestion.

Later in the week, Jean (Gillian Wright) tries to discourage Stace from attending the hearing, but she’s certain that being there is the right thing to do.
After the hearing, Stacey gets drunk and spends time with Jack (Scott Maslen), who listens as she confesses her fears about Theo.
