Monday’s episode of EastEnders brings fresh trouble for Ben (Max Bowden) as he prepares for his boxing match with Martin (James Bye), with Phil (Steve McFadden) bragging to everyone that his son is going to win.
Callum (Tony Clay) tries to talk Ben out of fighting, but he won’t listen.
However, he’s shaken to his core when he is approached by a police officer, who tells him Lewis has been arrested for rape again.
Callum arrives at the gym to find Ben limbering up, and begs him to reconsider the fight, telling him he knows about Lewis.
But Ben ignores him and is full of pent-up rage as he heads down into the ring to face Martin.
Zack (James Farrar) is feeling more positive now Sharon (Letitia Dean) and Martin know about his diagnosis, and gets excited about the idea of getting a flat with Whitney (Shona McGarty) and trying for another baby when his viral load comes down.
He approaches Ravi (Aaron Thiara) for a loan for a deposit – but Whitney is blindsided when he shares the exciting news with her.
