The Guardian leads with Baroness Doreen Lawrence, the mother of Stephen Lawrence, who has alleged that Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Daily Mail, hired private investigators to “unlawfully or illegally” obtain her private information. Her lawyers made the comments as part of a High Court hearing also involving Prince Harry and Sir Elton John.

The front page features a smiling Prince Harry and reports in court documents Baroness Lawrence says she “feels a deep sense of betrayal”. Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Daily Mail, “vigorously denies” all the claims against it.
