Diane Abbott rumbles Keir Starmer! Labour MP unveils unearthed picture to shame OWN leader
Daily Express says Andy McDonald, former Shadow Employment Secretary resigned after allegedly being told to argue against increasing the national living wage. Amid the accusations levelled at the leader’s office, Diana Abbott, former Shadow Home Secretary and staunch Corbynista revealed a picture of Sir Keir campaigning for a rise in the national living wage. In the picture, Sir Keir can be seen standing with protestors who called for the minimum wage to be raised to £15 an hour.
In her tweet, Ms Abbott said: “Spot Keir Starmer out campaigning for a £15 minimum wage for workers in fast-food restaurants.
“He seems to have forgotten all about that now.”
