Delta variant now makes up 91% of Covid cases, says Matt Hancock
The i says the Delta variant of the coronavirus now makes up 91 per cent of new coronavirus cases in the UK, said Matt Hancock.
Data shown to the Health Secretary on Wednesday night revealed the vast majority of Covid cases are down to the variant, which was first identified in India.
