Cristiano Ronaldo misses Manchester United training due to ‘family reasons’
The Metro says CRISTIANO RONALDO will not return to training with Manchester United today amid mounting uncertainty over his future at the club.
United began pre-season training last week with players who were on international duty in June to arrive today after an extended break.
That group, including Ronaldo, were scheduled to arrive at Carrington this morning to meet with new manager Erik ten Hag for the first time.
But the 37-year-old will not be in attendance, citing ‘family reasons’ with United granting permission for his absence.
