Couple who left two dogs in roasting car during sweltering 24C heat caught ‘stealing cash out of café tip jar’
The Sun says a couple who left two dogs in a hot car during a 24C heatwave have been caught on CCTV allegedly stealing cash out of a cafe’s tip jar.
Staff at Carats Café and Bar in Southwick, near Brighton, shared the clip in a bid to identify the couple.
The video is thought to show the couple moments before they confronted cops in Brighton – after officers smashed their car window to free the dogs.
