A returning Damon Hay (Ciaran Griffiths) is given a pleasant surprise in Coronation Street soon as Sarah Platt (Tina O’Brien) begins to wonder if he is a changed man after all.
Damon made his way back to Weatherfield at the start of this week to get revenge on Adam (Sam Robertson), who scared him away from the cobbles when he was last there.
While Adam was held hostage, Damon arrived at Sarah’s flat and asked her about the end of her and Adam’s marriage.
Sarah then told Damon that a few months ago, she was pregnant but miscarried their baby.

Damon looked genuinely heartbroken at the news and later, he chose to let Adam go after a comment about Sarah and young Harry made him feel bad.
Before Damon left Sarah’s flat, he admitted that he’s in love with her. Sarah, who had her marriage destroyed as a result of her affair, told Damon she wouldn’t make the mistake of getting to know him again.
However, in this new video, it appears that has changed.
Sarah approaches Damon on the cobbles, who is speaking to someone on the phone about a new business deal.

She chats about Damon and Ed’s (Trevor Michael Georges) newfound partnership and then reveals she isn’t there to talk about a renovation in her flat, she’s there to offer him a drink.
Judging by the smile, Damon will more than likely accept, but has he completely changed?
If Sarah and Damon become a couple this time round, what will Adam think?
‘There’s probably some unfinished business there’, Tina O’Brien teased.
