James Maddison, Lewis Dunk and Callum Wilson were all forced to withdraw from England’s latest squad over the weekend due to injury.
And Gareth Southgate has now included three uncapped players ahead of England’s two Euro 2024 qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia.
England, who have already secured qualification for Euro 2024, play Malta at Wembley this Friday before their game away to North Macedonia next Monday.
The majority of England’s squad are due to report to St George’s Park on Monday.

Palmer has been in excellent form for Chelsea in recent weeks with four goals and four assists in his last eight appearances for Mauricio Pochettino’s side.
‘We are happy with the way he has arrived,’ said Mauricio Pochettino.
‘He arrived on the last day of the transfer window but is playing like he’s been here ten years, showing his character and personality.’

Lewis, meanwhile, has started six games for Manchester City this season and has already shown his versatility by playing as a left-back as well as a central midfielder under Pep Guardiola.
The 18-year-old made his debut for England Under-21s in March this year.
Konsa has impressed at the heart of Aston Villa’s defence under Unai Emery.
The 26-year-old won the Under-20 World Cup with England in 2017 and has not featured at international level since he represented England Under-21s in June 2019.
England play Malta and North Macedonia during the international break.
