Christine McGuinness has opened up on the meaningful advice her grandmother once gave to help with her marriage to husband Paddy.

The married pair, who have been together for 14 years and share three children, have been at the centre of speculation in recent months.

Rumours of a potential split began soon after Paddy, 48, appeared not to publicly support Christine, 34, during her time on ITV’s The Games.
