Chrissy Teigen has always been brutally honest with her fans and her birthday post is no different, sharing a deeply private moment with her late son.
The TV personality celebrated her 38th birthday on November 30, posting some cute snaps of her big day filled with a dinner out and snuggles with her kids, days later.
She grinned with husband John Legend, 44, as the pair wore co-ordinating outfits; Chrissy in a white corset dress with flowers and John in a baby pink suit and white shirt.
Chrissy also shared some pictures of herself with her children, sharing the heartbreaking revelation that she had ‘seen’ her son Jack who she and her husband lost in 2020.
‘I had a really nice birthday 🥹 went to to see my friends @flamingo_estate, had a beautiful lunch with friends,’ she began on Instagram to her 42.7 million followers.
‘Then did ketamine therapy and saw space and time and baby jack and some weird penguins and cried and cried and cried. Then laid with my babies, then hot pot, then hung with my best friend 💗’

Ketamine therapy is a new therapy which uses low dosages of the dissociative anaesthetic medication to help treat anxiety and depression.
The therapy, which Drag Race’s Michelle Visage recently shared that her daughter had tried, can also involve hallucinations and altered perceptions of things around the user.
In 2020, Chrissy and John lost their baby, Jack, in order to save the model’s life as she suffered a partial placenta abruption.
It was another two years before the model opened up about the tragic experience, revealing during Propper Daley’s A Day of Unreasonable Conversation summit that she had had an abortion.

Chrissy, according to Entertainment Tonight, ‘had to make a lot of difficult and heartbreaking decisions. It became very clear around halfway through that he would not survive, and that I wouldn’t either without any medical intervention.
‘Let’s just call it what it was: It was an abortion. An abortion to save my life for a baby that had absolutely no chance. And to be honest, I never, ever put that together until, actually, a few months ago.’
The couple have four children together; Luna, 7, Miles, 5, Esti, 11 months, and Wren, seven months.
Luna and Miles were born via IVF, with Chrissy excitedly sharing how she specifically picked to have a ‘little girl’ from the embryos.

The couple joyously shared pictures of her baby bump when pregnant with Esti after the tragic loss of Jack, as John told Today at the time: ‘Whenever you lose a pregnancy, you’re cautiously optimistic ’cause you never know what could happen.’
They then welcomed Wren a few months later via surrogate, having thought it impossible for Chrissy to ‘carry any more babies on [her] own.’
Commenting on his wife’s birthday post, John wrote: ‘A perfect day. We love you Mommy.’
Pal, Katy Perry added: ‘I love your journey so much ♥️’
