Cheryl has thanked her 2:22 A Ghost Story co-stars in an emotional and heartwarming post after her final show.
The former Girls Aloud singer has been getting rave viewers for the past few months after taking on the role of Jenny in the spooky production back in January, but now she has finished her run at the Lyric Theatre on London’s West End.
Sharing a picture with co-stars Louise Ford, Scott Karim and Jake Wood – who have played Lauren, Sam and Ben respectively – as well as a photo with the whole crew, Cheryl revealed she will be ‘forever grateful’.
She wrote: ‘So .. that’s it 2:22 is done. And just like that a new adventure becomes a memory 💭 .. and what a memory it is. I have loved every second , every person ! . The director.. , All of our crew, the tech department Kate..our understudies … everyone!
‘They have all been so kind and amazing to me 🙏🏼 I will forever be grateful for all of you and this amazing experience. Lou, Scott , Jake 😭✨ I could not have asked for better cast members. I love you all lots.’
Cheryl – who took on the role previously played by the likes of Lily Allen and Laura Whitmore – also thanked ‘every single audience member’ for coming to watch her run.

She continued: ‘And YOU the audience , every single audience member you have been incredible. You have MADE my experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for being right there with us.. every single performance.
‘Thank you for all the love & support.. ( & gifts. Lots of gifts 😯🥰 ) thanks for embarking on this new and wonderful experience with me 🥰 Jenny, Sam, Lauren and Ben. I’m gonna miss you 👻 (sic)’
Jake was among those to reply with kind messages, describing the whole experience as a ‘phenomenal job well done’.
He commented: ‘It’s been a blast!! What a phenomenal job well done. Amazing memories for us all that’s for sure.’
And former X Factor stars Jedward heaped praise on the former judge as they wrote: ‘Here’s to writing more chapters Cheryl… congrats on putting the work in and showing everyone what your able to bring to the theatre 🎭 stage.’
A new West End run was recently announced with a fresh cast starting at the Apollo Theatre on May 14, with Jaime Winston (Jenny), Sophia Bush (Lauren), Ricky Champ (Ben) and Clifford Samuel (Sam) taking over.
